Forums suggestions

Im not entirely sure who made the forums, but one suggestion i have is to make some of the topics avaliable to everybody, such as Guides, due to the fact that all players might have guides to post up, and the staff wouldnt be able to make a guide for every single thing on the server that players ask for. Also, the introductions section is Administators only, which I dont understand, because if you're a part of staff then most people should already know you lol. Thanks!
